Stacey Vachon
Certs: BS Exercise & Health Science, University of Southern Maine FMS-Level 1 - Certified Functional Movement Screen NSCA- Certified Personal Trainer
Bio:
Stacey brings over 15 years of experience and many unique certifications to Dogma. She is certified in Functional-Movement Screening, which is often how she begins programs with new clients. Stacey has a skilled eye when it comes to recognizing movement limiters/dysfunction and she is great at creating specific workouts to help clients move more efficiently and without pain.
Stacey does a wonderful job keeping the energy and intensity high when training small groups or private clients. She brings a fun spirit and a strong client connection to each session. Stacey has designed many programs for Dogma, most requiring minimal equipment for easy adaptation when clients are away from home. She also enjoys creating post-op rehab plans for surgical patients, helping them regain the quality of life that they are used to.
To add to her ever-growing list of qualifications, Stacey recently had her first baby, Canyon, and is now a true expert in pre/postnatal programming. Whether you are an elite athlete trying to meet your goals or someone who is relatively new to fitness, Stacey can build an effective, individualized plan that incorporates core stability, cardiovascular exercise, flexibility and proper nutrition.
Bryan Maroney
Certs: BS Exercise Science, Athletic Training, Southern Connecticut State University ATC- Certified Athletic Trainer
Bio:
Bryan began his personal training career in Boston, MA. He moved to Vail in the winter of 2010 to enjoy the Valley’s active mountain lifestyle. He then joined Dogma Athletica as gym manager and began to grow his own list of clients. As general manager, Bryan has helped develop and launch numerous programs, including the Dogma “30-Day Challenge”. He truly enjoys creating specialized exercise plans for his clients, especially those rehabilitating from an injury. It is his goal to return these clients back to a level of health greater than their initial starting point.
Bryan brings positive energy and a great sense of humor to each session. His training style is patient and accessible – a great fit for anyone new to personal training or with a specific goal in mind. When Bryan is not training clients or managing the desk, he enjoys soccer, mountain biking, snowboarding and playing with the Vail Rugby Football Club.
