The 2014 Dogma Tucson camp is in the books and it was a great success. Tucson tends to be our most casual camp of the year, making for fun days and relaxing afternoons.
You are always treated like a Pro in Tucson. Wake up, have a great cup of coffee or cappuccino along with a healthy breakfast made by Chef Drew. Then do some core exercises and yoga to prime the body for a good ride. Head out on a fully supported ride of around 60-80 miles. Make it back to the house for an awesome recovery lunch then relax in the afternoons. There is plenty of time for reading, a massage, some computer work or even a re-energizing nap! There is more healthy, delicious food at dinner. And wine! The communal table makes for stimulating conversation and lots of laughs.
